'Treat game'
The legal representative, handling the case, outlined Ruben's offending to the legal proceedings.

She informed the proceedings the defendant had engaged in this activity with the children "over an extended period", and children had previously become sick the next day.

The legal representative added: "This year his stepchild had concerns about the situation, for good reason.
"They chose" to have a look in the defendant's belongings."
The legal counsel stated materials including lubricant, petroleum jelly and medical needles were located, and his stepchild contacted the authorities about his worries.

"Law enforcement" had not arrived by that time," she continued.
The police watchdog, the police conduct office, previously told that it was examining law enforcement's management of the incident.
Mrs Prior said the minors were struggling to walk due to their condition, so the family member called the law enforcement a second time.
